These terms cover your use of this website, quicksaver-piz.vercel.app. The site is run by Luís Miguel, a private individual in Portugal, reachable at quicksaver@gmail.com. By using the site, and in particular by signing in to comment or give a thumbs up, you agree to them.

What the site is

A personal website with writing and project showcases. Everything on it is offered as is, for information and entertainment. Some of it is fiction or satire, and nothing on it is professional advice.

Signing in

You can read everything without an account. To comment or give a thumbs up, you sign in with GitHub or Google. The site receives your name, profile picture, and email address from that provider, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and everything you posted at any time from the privacy policy page.

What you post

Comments are public. You keep the rights to what you write, and you let the site show it next to the page you wrote it on for as long as it stays up.

Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or someone else's private information, and do not post spam or try to automate posting. I may remove any comment, and block any account, at my discretion and without notice. Removing a comment does not remove replies other people wrote to it.

Availability

The site runs on free service plans and may be slow, paused, or unavailable at times. Pages, comments, and features may change or disappear. I keep backups for my own recovery, not as a service to you.

Liability

To the extent Portuguese law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from content other people post on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If something here changes in a way that matters to you, the date below changes too.
