Keep found devices when emulator listing fails

Keeps the simulators and running emulators a host already found when listing its stopped Android virtual devices fails. The Device panel names the host and shows the failing command's error instead of failing the whole host. Setup and Integrations say the Android list may be incomplete rather than advising you to create a virtual device that may already exist.

Device list failed: The device command failed (exit code 1).

A mock Mac whose Android Emulator cannot list its stopped virtual devices. This fork keeps the iOS Simulators the hub already found and names the failing host and command; the original failed the whole host, so the list was empty and setup could not continue. Open or start a simulator; the replica stops short of streaming the screen.
