Capture errors you can act on

Makes native desktop screenshot and recording failures explain what went wrong. Capture diagnostics survive the trip from Electron to the interface instead of turning into a generic failure. When the video source cannot start, the error retains NotReadableError and its message and advises unlocking the capture host, turning its display on, and retrying. This branch improves the explanation and preserves the original capture behavior.
