Complete sidebar archive controls
Adds archive controls to the default sidebar and conversation header, including an Archive all action for settled conversations. Archive individual conversations or a selection while keeping settle and archive as separate actions. Conversations with active agent or background work stay protected, and bulk actions report any entries they could not archive.
